The controller of your personal data is Dmytro Dryhin, a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic under IČO 29744750. For any question about this policy or about your data, write to contact@fviro.com.

When you send the contact form we collect the name you enter, the contact details you provide and the text of your message. We use them for one purpose only: to answer your enquiry and, if it leads to a project, to agree its terms.

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, together with steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to contact@fviro.com.

Form submissions are delivered to us through Telegram, so the content of your message passes through Telegram Messenger Inc. The website itself runs on our hosting provider. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your language choice is stored in your browser so the site opens in the same language next time.

We use our own analytics to count visits and see which pages are opened. It records technical data such as the page address, the referring page and a coarse device type, and it is not used to identify individual visitors.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and any project that follows, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep accounting documents longer.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable form and to withdraw your consent. Write to contact@fviro.com and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.cz).
