Terms of Business
In force from 27 July 2026
Who provides the services
Services are provided by Dmytro Dryhin, a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic, IČO: 29744750, operating under the name FVIRO, contact contact@fviro.com. The services are the design and development of websites and interfaces.
These terms apply to contracts concluded remotely, unless something else is agreed in writing in the individual offer. Where the offer and these terms differ, the offer prevails.
How a contract is concluded
You send an enquiry through the form or by email. We reply with a written offer stating the scope of work, the price and the timeline. The contract is concluded when you confirm that offer in writing, e-mail is sufficient.
Price and payment
The price is agreed individually and stated in the offer. Information about VAT is given in the offer and on the invoice. The payment schedule follows the offer; where it says nothing, invoices are due within 14 days of issue.
How the work runs and is handed over
Work runs in stages: prototype, design, development, launch. You provide the texts, images and access needed for the work, and we tell you in advance what is required.
The number of revision rounds and the deadline for your comments are set out in the offer. The work is handed over once the agreed scope is complete.
Rights to the work
Once the price is paid in full, you may use the delivered work for your own purposes without limitation of time or territory. Third-party components such as fonts, stock images and libraries remain under their own licences, and we tell you which ones are used.
We may show the completed work in our portfolio and describe the work done, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Withdrawal by a consumer
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. It is enough to write to contact@fviro.com.
If you asked us to start work before that period expired, you pay the proportionate part of the price for the work already done. Once the service has been fully provided with your prior express consent, the right to withdraw ceases.
Defects and complaints
Report defects in writing to contact@fviro.com with a description of the problem. If the defect is on our side, we fix it within a reasonable time at no extra charge.
A defect does not include a later change to the assignment, an outage of a third-party service, or changes you or another supplier made to the delivered work.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
If you are a consumer and we cannot settle a dispute directly, you may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Česká obchodní inspekce, Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Praha 1, adr.coi.cz.
Final provisions
The contract and these terms are governed by Czech law. The applicable version of the terms is the one published at the time the contract is concluded.
